Printing
T Shirt and Sons specialize in water-based print which makes up around 90% of our annual work. About 60% of this is discharge printing, a method of printing onto dark garments giving the end result of a durable and bold print that is soft to the touch. We also print with an extensive range of PVC Free, spirit-based and special effects inks including reflective, glitter and high build.

T Shirt and Sons’ fully automated factory is capable of handling large print-runs, producing in excess of 50,000 prints per week.

Embroidery
There are many fabrics that do not lend themselves well to screen printing, so embroidery is a good alternative.  It is a popular choice for the corporate and entertainment sectors as it works well on many promotional garments such as branded polo shirts, fleeces and baseball caps. T Shirt and Sons use a higher stitch count than is often commercially used which ensures that no detail of the design is lost, with a clear and bold finish to the garment.
